We have various venues in which to pursue whichever type of cooking class is attractive to you, or I can come to your own home for private cooking classes!

- Authentic Chinese cooking provides some of the most sophisticated, highly evolved and delicious food in the world. - Welcome to the flavorful world of Thai Cooking! This is an all-new class with recipes such as chicken or tofu in green coconut curry, a hot and sour soup with shrimp, seafood dumplings with lemon grass/lime leaf curry, green beans with toasted coconut and crispy shallots, and of course jasmine rice. The deep flavors and wonderful aromas of the Thai ingredients will get you hooked on Thai Cooking at Home! Do you have a special birthday or occasion coming up? How about treating your group to a private cooking class?!
Classes can be held at my proto-professional home kitchen or my new commercial kitchen located on our farm in the Applegate Valley, about 14 miles east of Jacksonville at 14553 Highway 238 in the heart of Applegate Wine Country. Or in your own kitchen, or at another venue, or a friend's kitchen if you'd like! We'll cook, learn, eat and drink wine in an intimate atmosphere! Please wear closed toed shoes and casual clothes for cooking. Bring your favorite apron if you'd like!
Each cooking class is $65 to $95 per person, including all materials and a lovely meal. (Wine is not included but can be provided at cost.) Price depends on the menu and number of people attending, Cooking classes usually start at 6:00 pm and end at 9:00 pm, with a little room to finish eating if we're running long. We can also schedule classes during the day on weekends and holidays.
The class size limit is about 6 to 9 people, depending on the venue.
